Spill Media under the guidance of Caroline and her team worked with Links members for a period of 10 weeks earlier this year. In that short time they taught the members to understand how to use the camera equipment, how to interview and how be interviewed. Considering the short period of time and the fact that many of our members have mental health issues that affect their self-esteem and confidence, the very fact that Spill Media managed to turn the members into able interviewers, interviewees, narrators and technicians was an incredible feat!
Let alone the production of a completed documented film which comprehensively illustrated The Llanelly Pottery Industry and which we used as part of our project, people of Llanelli Past and Present. I would highly recommend Spill media for their professionalism, their gentle attitude towards people with mental health issues and their understanding of our requirements.

During the early part of 2011 the Arts Council for Wales funded a Digital Storytelling Project via the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council Arts Team. Five young people from Dewis Tenant Participation Group were selected to take part and Spill Media were the nominated film makers.
As part of the project Michael Sheen, who was back in Port Talbot preparing to appear in “The Passion” agreed to be filmed and interviewed by the young people.
Spill Media therefore held a workshop for the young people to teach them the techniques required for filming and interviewing. Spill Media interacted exceedingly well with the young people, taking time to show them what was involved and assisting and encouraging them to use the filming equipment.
Dewis’ involvement with Spill Media has been a positive and enlightening experience for all concerned. Spill Media were professional in their approach in all matters and the short film that is the end result is a credit to all.

SWorking with Spill Media has been a very rewarding experience to the young people and staff at STORM Project. Caroline, Dan and Meg were excellent to work with, they were professional and dynamic in their approach, engaging all of the group participants and they enabled us to produce a short film that ultimately exceeded our initial goals and expectations.
Thank you very much Spill Media we are very proud of what we have produced and we believe you have captured exactly what the young people wanted to communicate to the viewer.
You demonstrated patience and respect with all the young people whom you worked with, encouraging them to do things that they'd never experienced before giving them confidence and belief in themselves that they were participating in the overall production.
We can't thank you enough!
